About this Event
Pennsylvania’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) and Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) Programs are unique to the state and have grown and evolved over the last twenty years to include not only corporate tax credit opportunities, but credit opportunities available to individual taxpayers as well. By joining approved Special Purpose Entities, administered by state approved Scholarship Organizations, individual taxpayers can make contributions to private and parochial Pennsylvania K-12 programs and receive up to a 90% Pennsylvania Income Tax Credit for same. An important issue for many clients, this seminar will help CPAs better advise and assist clients looking to contribute through the EITC/OSTC programs. Learn about the latest updates, funding news, and availability of EITC/OSTC opportunities in our community.
