Second Act: A Pr*son Performing Arts Happy Hour

In partnership with Pr*son Performing Arts (PPA), 21c Museum Hotel St. Louis will host Second Act, an impact-driven happy hour spotlighting the transformative power of theatre as a tool for rehabilitation, personal accountability, and successful reentry.

This intimate gathering will introduce guests to PPA’s mission and programming, highlighting how disciplined creative practice builds communication skills, confidence, and agency among incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals. Through light programming, storytelling, and intentional connection, the event invites attendees to engage with the concept of second chances—not as charity, but as investment in human potential.

The event aligns with 21c’s commitment to Racial & Socioeconomic Equity by amplifying community-based solutions that address incarceration, reentry barriers, and long-term community stability.
