About this Event
We have all been there. You have a new set up, or piece of gear, and you can't wait to bring it into the mountains. Days out in the backcountry are precious, so don't waste a single one when skills could be learned and practiced on a rug inside out of the ice and cold.
The CCBC Ski Touring 101 is designed to set you up for success for your first day on snow. Taught by our staff and a guest certified mountain guide, these classes are designed for uphillers and backcountry skiers in their first year of skinning. Bring your own gear to practice with, or bring a friend looking to head up hill with you this winter.
