For two weekends this November, the North Bend Theatre proudly hosts the opening rounds of the Seattle International Comedy Competition, the Pacific Northwest’s premier stand-up showdown. Thirty-two rising comics (sixteen on November 8 and another sixteen on November 15) will take the stage, each armed with their sharpest sets and punchiest punch lines, battling for a spot in the finals. Expect rapid-fire wit, unexpected twists, and crowd-powered judging as performers deliver their best routines. It’s part comedy and part gladiator spectacle, minus the swords.
