Dorothy is the founder of Heart Somatics— a medicine space that brings you into the body and heart-centered wisdom. She has been practicing ecstatic dance for the last 10 years and DJing for the last 2. She is also a co-founder of Cacao Source, a direct trade cacao project that bridges high quality medicine with regenerative farming and economic practices based in Guatemala. When she’s not serving cacao or dancing, you can find her communing with the forest accompanied by her spirit animal Mona.

As close out 2025, we give thanks for all of the lessons and blessings. This is a moment to release that which will not carry into the new year, in love and gratitude. Let’s reconnect to the ancient language of the body to deepen in self-knowledge & authentic community connection.
