This program includes a 30- to 35-minute all-levels seated yoga session and 25- to 30-minute natural world exploration. Both sessions will take place in the Grand Hall.
Fee: Free!
Age: Ages 12 or older. Participants younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Please bring water and wear comfortable clothing. Please use caution as snow and ice may be present on the trails and parking lots.
