The rockstar Seasons of the UP Foraging is back with a new sponsor, Michigan Country!This is the final of three FREE 2025 foraging events. All will be held in Michigan’s beautiful Eastern Upper Peninsula.
The May edition focused on spring ephemerals: leeks, morels, fiddleheads, dandelions and other "first flowers."
July was various parts of cattails, summer mushrooms like pheasant's back and oysters, lots of different greens.
September will be fall mushrooms, wild carrots, fruits in the apple/rose family, and hopefully grouse or salmon.
