Call for Artists: “Seasons of Change”The Skiatook Arts Center is excited to announce an open call for artists to participate in our upcoming show, “Seasons of Change”. This exhibition will explore the beauty, challenges, and transformation that come with life’s seasons, both literal and metaphorical.
We invite artists from all mediums to submit their work that reflects this theme and inspires meaningful connections with our community, state, or nation. Or... however you interpret the theme; art is subjective after all.
Submission Guidelines:
• Theme: Seasons of Change.
• Accepted Mediums: Painting, sculpture, photography, mixed media, digital art, and more (please email if you have a question).
• Submission Deadline: March 28th 2025.
• High-quality images of up to 3 pieces of your work.
• A brief artist statement (300 words max) explaining your interpretation of the theme.
• Your contact information (name, email, phone).
Key Dates:
• Deadline to Drop Off Artwork: Friday, March 28, 2025.
• Opening Reception: Saturday evening, April 5, 2025.

Opening Reception:
• Join us for “Seasons of Change”, an inspiring showcase of local art exploring the beauty of transformation and growth. This is a come-and-go event—drop in any time between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM to enjoy the art, meet the artists, and connect with the community. Whether you stay for a short visit or linger for the evening, we’d love to see you there! Light refreshments will be provided.
