Here’s what’s in store:
Breathwork for the Metal Element: Claire Davidson will show you how changing your breath can shift your emotional and physical state in just two minutes. By guiding you through various breath techniques, she’ll help you release tension, cleanse the body, and create space in your mind. Work with the energy of letting go and experience the flow of life force (Qi). This is a practice you’ll not only feel but also be able to integrate seamlessly into your seasonal yoga classes, empowering your students with tools for transformation
Seasonal Synergy: Julie Hanson will teach gentle, mindful movements (inspired by Feldenkrais) for the Metal Element. These movements are perfect for helping students release tension and create flow in their bodies. Ideal for introducing relaxation techniques into your sessions while connecting with the autumnal energy of letting go.
Business Financial Audit: Gain valuable tips to get your finances in order with a mini business audit session led by Julie and Claire. Ensure your yoga practice thrives not only spiritually but also financially.
