Start a fun adventure in movement and creativity. Each 4 hour retreat can be enjoyed on its own or as a full series throughout the year. Each retreat follows the same outline but is themed based on the Chinese elements of water, wood, fire, earth and metal that correspond with the seasons. Guidance will be light and fun.
Retreats begin with a mix of postural breathwork, strength and mobility focused yoga. A light brunch will be served before diving into a special art/craft session.
We will wrap up our day together enjoying something sweet while hanging out.
