About this Event
Glasgow Community Food Network would like to invite community members involved with food and growing activities in the city - such as community gardens, food education and food aid - to feed into the Community Food Working Group as part of the Glasgow City Food Plan.
This will also be a chance for local Market Gardeners (new, established or aspiring) to participate with, discuss and co-develop the Urban Agriculture Working Group for the City Plan.
The Glasgow City Food plan was developed by over 80 cross-sector organisations to carry forward actions for a holistic approach to changing Glasgow’s Food System. Learn more about the City Plan Working Groups in the link here.
We will also be providing a free lunch by local social enterprise MILK Catering on the day with the opportunity for people to meet, chat and share what they do across Glasgow!
More details including speakers to follow.
