About this Event
The metal element in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is connected to the season of autumn, as we transition between the fire of summer and the water of winter.
Join us for a practice to support your metal element during this transformative season:
- Guided meditation: we'll focus on the metal element to support your boundaries
- Sound journey: we'll support releasing what no longer serves you and grounding
The sound journey may include the use of one or more of the following instruments to create a sound bath experience that supports release and grounding: Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, an ocean drum, gong, and tingsha bell.
No previous experience is required; just bring your beautiful self!
This workshop is in person, and is open to participants over the age of 18 years.
