Mantra meditation frees your mind from fear and anxiety, it opens your heart, and reveals your true pure self. The Sanskrit word "man" means MIND and "tra" means TO FREE.
In this edition we celebrate the change of the season and discover that chanting yoga Mantras is not just for hippies or professional singers. It is for everyone who is willing to still the mind and open the heart. This session is accessible for everyone so: bring your friends, family and partner to join the TULA tribe.
The seasonal mantra sessions are lead by our amazing teacher Moena de Jong. She will take you on a journey through the mantras and guide you by playing the harmonium. It’s truly a magical experience, also if you don’t feel like singing and just come along to listen.
