Hosted by the fabulous Creative Melbourne Gallery, I'll be bringing this festive session to South Derbyshire.I’ve been running variations of this workshop for years! It’s so much fun and so open to personalisation. We’ve made mini wreaths, stars, trees, Santa's, robins, penguins, Rudolph and more, all to decorate your tree or give as gifts at Christmas. With this workshop we will aim to make 4 each in any design you choose, more can be made if you have time for a small extra cost. All are made with pre-cut glass and simple step by step designs which are left open for you to add a personal touch, if you want to. As always, plenty of options to add sparkles!
Simply complete your designs during the session and leave them with me to fire, clean and finish with a lovely colourful ribbons, ready for you to display and enjoy. We will arrange for you to collect your pieces from the venue approx three weeks later or I can post your finished piece at cost.
I will talk through all the Health & Safety in the session but I want you to know now, you will be handling pre-cut glass pieces, they have pointy ends but with the right handling, they won’t hurt you. Recommended for ages 12+, all under 16s to be accompanied by a paying adult.
