Autumn/Winter is the perfect time to host guests for dinner and celebrate the season. In place of our normal Christmas Wreath Workshop we are hosting a Seasonal Centrepiece Workshop to enable you to create something wonderful to adorn your table.
Date: Wednesday 12th November
Time: 7.30pm
Location: Scholes Village Hall
Cost: Free for members. £7 for non members (plus extra for any elements you may need provided)
What you will need:
A tray/dish to fit a brick of floral foam (which will be available to buy on the night if you don't have any.
Floral Foam
2 or 3 candles (if you want to use them)
Pearl headed pins to attach the leaves to the oasis (available to buy if you don't have any
Smooth leaves to go around the foam (laurel, ivy, bay leaf for example)
Flowers short and long (roses, carnations for example)
Filler flowers (spray carnations or chrysanthemums)
Small leaved foliage for filling
Berries, seedbeds, pinecones
