American Music Festival's 2025-26 Season Opening Concert features the return of internationally renowned cellist Amit Peled with his program “In Folk Style.” Randall Goosby, praised by The New York Times for his “sheer virtuosity,” debuts with his Renaissance String Quartet, as does the Terra String Quartet, prizewinners at the 2025 Wigmore Hall Quartet Competition in London, and pianist Wynona Wang, who has captured the attention of audiences around the world with her “commanding sweep, power, and cohesion…” (International Piano). Each program is carefully curated, combining well-known and loved masterpieces with new and exciting discovery pieces.
