Dear Friends,The 6th season of our Mindful Maya Meditation started from Saturday, 6th January 2024, at the Hektor Hotel in Telliskivi, Tallinn, Estonia. (7PM-9PM)
If you are curious about how we can use meditation to discover states of body and mind, their energy systems, states of focus, and how to use them in our daily lives, this season of meditation may be helpful for you.

- Weekly Group Meditation: 1.5 - 2 Hours / 5 EUR
- Deep Relaxation with Individual Sound Healing: 1 Hour / 20 EUR
- Sleep/Nap Therapy: 1 Hour / 10 EUR
- Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT): 5 - 6 Hours / 60 EUR
- Couple Meditation + Sound Healing: 2 - 3 Hours / 50 EUR
- Individual Meditation Counselling: 1 Hour / 20 EUR
*Weekly meditation sessions at Hektor Container Hotel are free for the hotel guests.
