Come along to our seashore nature illustration event where we will be using watercolours and drawing techniques to explore form and function of various organisms found on our beaches.

Stronger Shores officer at Durham Wildlife Trust, Martina Bristow, will be discussing the ways in which restoring kelp habitats can improve resilience to coastal erosion.

Try our seagrass-themed cornhole game for a light-hearted way to learn about factors which are important for the successful restoration of seagrass meadows - available to play from 12:15pm-1:45pm (no booking necessary for the game).
