We are bringing together three of your favorite things - yoga, mimosas, and the beach. Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort will lead you through a session that will rejuvenate your body and mind. Join us on the Beach for the ultimate Yoga on the Beach class, paired with mimosas to welcome in the day. The session starts promptly at 9 am.
Attire: Comfortable workout clothes/ Yoga attire. Yoga mat provided

About our instructor Jimmy Blanton: Jimmy’s yoga journey began with a desire to live a gentler life. Through the ebb and flow of poses, he’s experienced the impact of intentional movement and breath, shaping the body and the mind. His journey with Roast'd has played a crucial role in cultivating confidence and deeper growth in the realms of yoga. Jimmy is a former student of the 2023 Roast’d 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. In his classes, he creates a welcoming and calming environment. Exploring powerful poses with a gradual approach and encouraging an alignment of the mind and body into the present moment.
