Boston’s biggest free workout series, Seaport Sweat, is back for its ninth season. Join us on Seaport Common for a variety of classes with Boston's favorite instructors. For more information visit bostonseaport.xyz.
Class Description
Rhone's Full Body Blast workout will target all 4 major muscles utilizing all fitness zones (Eccentric, Concentric, isometric work & Isokenetic).
All you will need is your body weight, come sweat with Rhone and challenge your inner fitness!
Seaport Sweat classes are equipment-free. If you would like a mat, you are welcome to bring one with you to class.
Before registering and attending class, please ensure you have read and understand this Release and Waiver and accept and agree to the terms and provisions contained in this Release.
