Class Description
Power Sculpt is a dynamic mat-based workout that sculpts and strengthens the body. Expect a blend of contemporary pilates and functional strength-based exercises, combined with cardio power movements for a total body burn.
About the Instructor
Aleigh Jerome (she/her) is a Pilates, Strength, and HIIT instructor at Equinox Boston. Originally from Cape Cod, Aleigh‘s passion for fitness began as a young gymnast. After moving to Boston over 10 years ago, she reconnected with her inner athlete through group fitness. Aleigh combines her experience as a gymnast and pilates instructor with her love of strength training to deliver a challenging, motivating workout.
“Through training, you’ll begin to trust your strength, trust the pattern of movement, and allow your body to prove just how strong and capable it is. Let’s get stronger together!”
Seaport Sweat classes are equipment-free. If you would like a mat, you are welcome to bring one with you to class.
Before registering and attending class, please ensure you have read and understand this Release and Waiver and accept and agree to the terms and provisions contained in this Release.
