Class Description
Peaches Guaranteed is a 45-minute circuit style class where participants work in groups, moving to 6-10 stations in a 45-minute period. This workout will be fast paced and NONSTOP with a focus on lower body and core while also challenging participants cardio vascularly. Rob not only guarantees a great workout but a fun and interactive way to meet new people!
About the Instructor
Originally from Pueblo, CO, Rob (he/him) has been a Boston resident for the past 20 years. After playing football at Endicott College, he went on to coach at BB&N, BC High, Tufts University, and Bentley University. His professional fitness career started at EverybodyFights in Boston and he has been working as a personal trainer since 2019. Rob is the Co-Founder of BackYahd Boston in the South Bay Shopping Center and Owner of The Grit Academy Personal Training on Newbury Street.
Seaport Sweat classes are equipment-free. If you would like a mat, you are welcome to bring one with you to class.
