Sean was active in many communities here in Erie and made friends everywhere he went. He loved cosplay and fursuiting. He was also an amazing photographer and he really enjoyed his job at Home Depot helping others with their renovation projects. It's been almost a year since he passed and his absence is felt by many. To celebrate his memory and raise money for Epilepsy Awareness, we will be hosting a cosplay photoshoot in his honor. Please join us on March 22nd at 1pm for an assortment of activities. The Bayfront Furs will be hosting a costume contest so cosplay is highly encouraged! There will be 3 cash prizes, 1 for the winner in each category. Hazard Con will be providing snacks and refreshments as well as a raffle basket. Tickets will be sold at the event and all proceeds with be donated to Epilepsy Association of Western New York chosen by the Kilmartin family.
Event starts at 1pm- Snacks and refreshments will be available. Please feel free to explore the park and take photos around the area.
Cosplay Contest:
Novice- 2pm- This is for anyone new to making their own costumes / fursuits.
Expert- 2:30pm- This is for the more seasoned and experienced costume creators.
Open- 3pm- This is for anyone who has purchased or commissioned their costumes from someone else.
Raffle Basket drawing will be done at the end of the event. Tickets can be purchased from the start of the event until the drawing at 4pm. Winner does not need to be present, we will contact you if needed.
