The night kicks off at 9:30 PM and runs until 3:30 AM, featuring a diverse range of Minimal, House, Acid, and Electro.Bobby O’Donnell
A renowned resident of System.mint and Mint Warehouse in Leeds, Bobby O’Donnell needs little introduction. If you’ve been fortunate enough to experience Bobby’s unique sound, you already know what’s in store. Bobby will push the boundaries of Secret Vault’s sound system, Bobbys range make it hard to predict what’s in store as he has the ability to play anything, the world is his oyster and he will certainly take you on a journey. With a career spanning over 20 years, Bobby has shared the stage with industry icons like Ricardo Villalobos, Dr. Banana, and The Ghost, to name a few. His impressive discography includes releases on labels such as the infamous Pilot, Mindhelmet, and Late Night Skanking. We can’t wait to see what gems Bobby has prepared for The Heist!
Desmond
A true veteran of Nottingham’s underground scene, Desmond is a selector with a wealth of experience. As the founder of the vinyl specialist brand WhereWax, he has since established Crate, a record store and social hub on Mansfield Road. Known for curating some of the finest underground wax, Desmond consistently delivers captivating sets that keep you locked into the rhythm. Expect an educational showcase in unfound underground minimal sounds brought to life by his unparalleled expertise.
Brad Bradley
Another staple of Nottingham’s underground scene, Brad Bradley wears many hats. From organizing events like paradiscoclubnight and club.fruit to serving as Head of Community at swingdash, Brad’s passion for music is undeniable. In Sea Monsters recent six-hour extended set at Swingdash showcased his technical skills and genre-blending prowess. For The Heist, Brad will deliver an upbeat mix of house and disco, seamlessly weaving through genres to keep the energy high.
Squid B2B Newt
The dynamic duo returns! After their unforgettable back-to-back set at Acidic Voyage, Squid and Newt are back to celebrate its anniversary at The Heist. This time, they’ll deliver the full experience of their eclectic collections. Expect a high-energy closing set filled with heavy acid and dark electro—the perfect way to end the night before the afterparty begins.
Whale B2B Seahorse
These two "slimy sea monsters" will open the night with a flawless blend of stripped-back minimal, house, and a touch of acid. Their set will gradually build the vibe, raising the tide as the night deepens and drawing the crowd into the depths of the Vault.
Tech-Heads
Starting their journey just over two years ago, Tech-Heads have already made a big splash in Nottingham’s underground scene. Their signature tech-house sound will kick off the night in style, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening. Expect an exotic and energetic opening as they pave the way for what’s to come.
