Jamie Holcomb “The Holistic Hulk” presents: Yoga & Pilates in the Park - Seal Beach Summer Sunset Series! This is a 1-hour Yoga & Pilates hybrid class every Tuesday & Thursday at sunset 6:30pm - 7:30pm in June, July, & August. It will be located outdoors on the grass facing the ocean at sunset at Eisenhower Park in Seal Beach, left of the pier! Jamie Holcomb “The Holistic Hulk” empowers and balances you from the inside out through holistic wellness: movement, breathwork tools, meditation, mindfulness, music, themes, community connection, special guests, and more! All levels welcome, bring your own mat! We will have the area fenced & be checking people in with the regisration list at the entrance before class starts! Each class is $20 per person as an investment towards the teachers time & energy as well as the City of Seal Beach's park space rental, upkeep, & fees. This is also an investment in your health & wellbeing that benefits you longterm!
