Mr. Scooter is a storyteller, rapper and children’s librarian from Wilmington, North Carolina. He has released two children’s albums as Melvil Dewey – International Library Hip Hop Superstar and is the creator of Book Wrangler and Rap Battle of the Books. Mr. Scooter is a Library Journal Mover and Shaker Innovator and NACO Award winner.
