The Barony of Seagirt warmly welcomes you to join them in celebration of the dark nights and friendly hospitality that they are known for.
This celebration will be a potluck format with some provided turkey and meats.
NOTE: All those competing for Bardic and Games championships must declare to the Baroness via email by the day before the event. [email protected]
Seagirt Yule Potluck Info:
We will be providing servings of both a Vegan and a Meat type protein (we are working on that part).
The potluck portion is to fill out the rest of the feast, we kindly ask that you label ingredients and bring:
If your birthdate falls within January -April.
Please bring a side veggie or salad
If your birthdate falls within May - August
Please bring a starch such as a potato dish, bread, noodle or crackers/cheese.
If your birthdate falls within September - December
Please bring a fruit or dessert.
If bringing food is a dealbreaker or hardship please don't stress. If you want, there is also a convenience store and a pizza place and a restaurant. We are flexible on this and want everyone to enjoy.
Also, we have limited plugins but will do our best. Don't count on using the fridge - it is limited in space, consider a cooler instead and if you have something needing temperature control consider bringing an 'under dish' with ice.
We will be hosting our annual Games Championship and our Bardic Championship Competitions.
There is also an A&S competition and the beloved Feast of the Immaculate Confection.

Potluck: More info to come but, if your dish requires refrigeration, you need to bring your own cooler to keep it in; there just isn't room in the fridge. Please bring an ingredient list for we do have some with food allergies and sensitivities.
Setup crew only at noon, Royals and attendants at 1:30 pm. Gate and doors open to guests at 2pm.
