Seafront Striders - Brighton - Women's 5k Walking Group

Seafront Striders is a walking group for women who want to walk a brisk 5K, chat, share ideas and support, and create new friendships.

The walk sets off at 10am every Thursday from the 'Paddle' sign at Brighton Sea Lanes in Kemptown, passes Brighton Pier, turns at Hove Angel of Peace and returns to the Sea Lanes complex. The walk is a shade under 5K, so can be extended by a minute or two if you want to clock up the full 5K. Some of us stay for a chat and a coffee at Cafe Fika.

You are invited to come every week, once in a while, or if you're visiting Brighton and fancy a trot with friendly faces.
