***Arrive approx. 10 minutes early to check in. Studio provides yoga mats but has limited bolsters and blankets, please feel free to bring a mat, blanket and pillow, whatever helps you get comfortable so you can relax into the experience.***

This Sound Journey is an invitation to return to your natural state of balance, where peace and possibility flow with ease.
We begin with breath, mantra, voice, and guided meditation to quiet the mind and bring awareness into the present moment. Immersed in a field of sound, the vibrations gently dissolve tension and stress, creating space for deep relaxation.
From this state of ease, the body, heart, and spirit align, and the nervous system opens to renewal and creativity.
Reiki Offering: Reiki is a gentle, loving, healing energy that activates our life force. It will be offered for those who want to receive it.

Venue & Logistical Information:
Start time | Lock out: We understand that stuff happens, and that we are all late sometimes, but due to the nature of these events, it’s important that guests arrive on time. Latest entry is 10min after start time. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope that you understand ;).
What to bring: The studio provides yoga mats, but has limited blankets, and bolsters. Please feel free to bring your own blanket, pillow, mat, or anything else to support you as we will be on the floor for the evening.
In preparation: We recommend that you avoid stimulants such as caffeine for up to 3 hours before the event so that your nervous system can be relaxed and receive the full benefits of the sound.
Location: The studio is located on the first floor, up a flight of stairs. Unfortunately no wheelchair access.
Parking and Transportation: Ample street parking is available outside the studio
Minimum Age: This session is for ages from 16+
Photography: There may be photography and/or video recordings for promotional purposes at this event.
Refund Policy: Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event (these are self-processed only). No transfers available.

Dorothea Lucaci offers Sound Healing, Mantra, and Meditation experiences that guide you back into a remembrance of wholeness. Her events weave together breath, vocal toning, mantra, sound instruments, and guided meditation to create immersive journeys into presence. With almost a decade of experience, she integrates training in Sound Therapy, Music, Psychology, Hypnosis, Energy Medicine, Astrology, and Life Coaching to inspire transformation and growth. Her sessions support nervous system health, emotional balance, spiritual alignment, and holistic well-being.
