Just in time to warm your heart for the fall and winter months. You will learn 2 stews with their similarities and difference, with the history of their making!
On the menu tonight:
Cioppino from San Francisco: the famous fish stew, created in the 1800’s by Italians in San Fransisco, made with the left overs of the fisherman’s catch, now a famous staple across North America!
Spanish Caldereta: a unique take on the fish soup with crushed almond, garlic and smoked paprika for a delicious stew base! Serve with crusty bread.
Spanish Churros with Spicy Chocolate Sauce for a sweet finish!
$129+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)
Special cancelation policy applying to this event: No refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued in case of cancelation, but you can send somebody in your place. Contact us if you can not come, we may have someone on waitlist (if the spot is filled, you will get a refund)
