Join us for a fantastic collaboration from two Manitoban companies. Raw Bar Oyster Co is Winnipeg's Premier Catering for Oysters & Seafood and will be doing a pop up at Shrugging Doctor Beverage Company, the province's first commercial wine vineyard, growing grapes in Southern Manitoba and making wines from them. They also make wine from local priairie fruits, sangria, apple cider, mead and other wine coolers.
THIS IS A "COME AND GO" EVENT, BUT PURCHASING AN EARLY BIRD TICKET GIVES YOU EXTRA BENEFITS
Details:
"Early Bird" Tickets are $65 and include 6 Oysters, 6 Shrimp and 2 Snow Crab Legs. They also include a free drink (wine or non-alc) of your choice. Shrugging Doctor Co-Founder Willows will walk you through wine pairings while Chef Aaron curates a seafood experience.
A custom "Wine Flight" of 5 glasses of wine has been curated to pair with the seafood selection, and will be available for purchase.
Customers may purchase extra seafood if needed.
Customers who do not wish to purchase an "Early Bird" ticket may also attend and purchase directly from the Oyster Bar.
We will be open serving seafood starting at 4pm and going until we are sold out.
Patio seating will be available on top of indoor seating.
