Seacoast Outdoor Yoga classes guided by Michele McCauley offer a unique and invigorating experience. Held amidst the natural beauty of Portsmouth NH these classes blend the tranquility of outdoor settings with the practice of Yoga. Michele's expert guidance helps participants find balance both within themselves and with their surroundings. The soothing sound of waves and the gentle breeze create a serene ambiance that complements the Yoga practice. Michele's deep understanding of Yoga philosophy and her rooted connection to nature add a special touch to these classes making them a truly transformative and grounding experience.
Michele’s experience as both a Yoga and Pilates Instructor has bonded to her expertise and extensive training in Yoga, Pilates (mat and Reformer), physical fitness, strength training, mindfulness, journaling, sound bath, food and nutrition. Her travels to Costa Rica highlights her first soul journey and she shares mindfulness and adventure in her aura. She brings energy and enthusiasm to all her classes!
She has completed over 500 hours of education and has taught both group classes and private training since 2008. Michele holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance from Southern New Hampshire University and Culinary Arts associate’s degree from Johnson and Wales University, Providence RI.
Sara Lehmer is a Yoga Teacher in the New Hampshire Seacoast Community. With a great lust for adventure, she enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, plant-based foods and sharing her passion for yoga. During a semester abroad in Australia, she found the joy of incorporating yoga into her everyday life. Deepening her yoga practice, Sara spent the next decade practicing yoga and meditation, attending workshops and learning everything she could about the yoga philosophy.
Sara's classes are playful, energetic and inspiring - suitable for all levels. Her style is a dynamic slow flow integrating breathing techniques with basic poses and creative sequencing. Sara is known for focusing her classes around balancing the body's energy centers, known as the Chakras. Each class is designed to have fun, energize the soul, cultivate awareness and bring healing through movement.
Sara has completed over 800 Yoga Teaching Hours along with several workshops on Ayurveda Medicine, Nutrition and Holistic Wellness. Her work has been featured in Crispy Trips Travel Blog and Amazon Best Seller, Morning Alters: A 7-Step Practice to Nourish Your Spirit through Nature, Art and Ritual. Sara holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a 2x major in Marketing and Management from Eastern Connecticut State University.
