FORMAT is a community-oriented fitness space; we believe in the power of moving your body for your mental health as well as your physical endurance. We love varied training and challenging our bodies in different ways; which is why we have our three main class styles: Barre, HIIT, and Strength. Our programming is dynamic and effective and will never leave you bored by the same repetitive workout, plus our top tier instructors and supportive community will always have you coming back for more!

FORMAT Barre is a low impact high intensity Barre class. The class is beat driven and dynamically paced using light weights, high reps, and minimal breaks between exercises to get you shaking and keep you feeling challenged. Socks are REQUIRED.
