Sea Walls Mural Tour and Artists Talk

Bike, walk or skate to the 10+ new murals throughout East Boston! This walking tour will bring you to all the 2021 murals as they are being painted LIVE, and to the completed Sea Walls from 2020. Tour will include about 3 miles of walking, bike or skating.

Sea Walls: Artists for Oceans is PangeaSeed Foundation’s groundbreaking public art program that brings the oceans into the streets around the world. Presented in Boston by HarborArts and honorary conservation partner, the New England Aquarium, the project features 10+ massive murals in East Boston, each with an important message that aims to inspire residents and visitors to foster a sense of ownership and pride for the artworks and our marine natural resources.

The Sea Walls Boston mural map will guide visitors to all of the installation sites where you will find murals being painted live by an all-star team of ARTivists.
