What began as a small family venture during the pandemic—selling scallops and shrimp from the back of a pickup truck in the Acme parking lot—has grown into a thriving seafood business, beloved across South Jersey. Husband-and-wife duo Brady (a commercial scallop captain since 1999!) and Amanda will join Chef Mike Siegel and Winemaker Jackson Sole to share their story, their passion, and their product.
The menu will remain a surprise until the night of, but expect a thoughtfully crafted experience featuring the finest seafood alongside seasonal meats, vegetables and spices. (Please note: due to our small kitchen, we cannot accommodate allergies or special requests)
