Welcome to the Se7en Waves Sound Vibes Studio Experience
We’re so glad you’re joining us for an evening of sound, stillness, and serenity. Our sessions are designed to help you reset and rebalance from the week while connecting mind, body, and spirit through immersive sound led by our Managing Partner Chelsea.

Directions to the Ballroom: When you valet/park, come through the main lobby, you will head towards the bar and see a hallway on the right just before the restaurant seating. Hang a right, head down the hallway until you reach a nearby table. The room is called the SCHOONER. Ask the front desk if you need assistance finding it.

Welcome (15-20 min):
Arrive 15 minutes prior to the event, doors will close 10 minutes past the hour.
Check in with your ticket with the sound practitioner. Please observe quite tones and silenced phones. Please be mindful of other participates getting situated. Please stow away personal items near you or in the room.
Bring with you your comfortable items, such as a mat, pillow, blanket, & eye mask.

Open Meditation (5 min):
Once everyone is situated in their reserved spot, we will start the meditation.

Sound Bath (60-min):
Please arrive on time. There will be NO refunds/transfers for late arrivals. Please use the restroom before arriving. The doors will close promptly 10 past the hour (7:10PM).
We use an array of sound healing instruments to guide you into further relaxation.

Closing with Gratitude (10-20 min):
As the sound bath comes to a close, we will bring you back out with a closing meditation.
We please ask that as you observe the quiet tones and silenced phones until everyone has awakened. We may do a circle share and or gathering at the end. There will be water, tea, or wellness juices available to hydrate as we moved a lot of energy through your body, varies from time to time.
Anything left behind will be turned into the front desk at lost and found.

FAQs
How long is the event? You will be there anywhere from 60-75 minutes from arrival to departure.

How should I come prepared? For your best experience, spend the day of your sound bath relaxing and clearing your mind of worries and stress. Eat light and healthy, stay well hydrated throughout your day and focus on breath. Make sure you arrive at the event start time so you can settle yourself into your space. Nourish yourself afterwards at their heirloom restaurant!

Are there facilities? Yes, inside the hotel there are both women and men restrooms.

Are there refunds? Due to the reservation aspect of how our operation works, all ticket purchases are FINAL. Much like a concert, you are reserving a SPOT. If you were to purchase tickets to see a concert of your choice and you could not make it - they do not transfer your tickets or give you refunds due to the fact they have to pay out artists and venues. The same applies for a Se7en Waves Sound bath.

Is it safe to attend if I am pregnant? Due to the unique nature of each individual's body and the special journey we embark on, we kindly request that you consult with your doctor before purchasing any tickets as they are non-refundable. Please note that Se7en Waves Sound Vibes and it's co-collaborators are not medical providers.

Seizures / Metal Plates? Should you have a medical condition, please talk to your health care provider. We do not recommend anyone with seizures or metal plates attend a sound bath.
