This correspondence is to inform you that the Event Se7en Reasons Rogaine will not be happening on Saturday 14 th September as previously planned. Apologies, but your safety and welfare come first.The Risk is real and the Consequences could be Catastrophic. There are still unburnt areas of grasses on the course, amongst other scrubby areas of dense vegetation.
With temperatures around 37 Degrees and Fire conditions at extreme, now and into Saturday we have no choice but to postpone this activity. We have been monitoring it for the last couple of days and although it keeps changing it has not improved. Weather conditions are not favourable to guarantee that we can conduct this event safely.
We hope you understand and appreciate the situation and apologise for any inconvenience
