This small-group class utilizes a variety of Pilates equipment to deliver a comprehensive full-body workout, focusing on strength, balance, agility, and core stability. Sessions may include the MOTR® (Movement on the Roller), Pilates ring, resistance bands, blocks, rollers, light weights, and more, giving you a diverse and engaging experience every time. Expect a well-rounded blend of cardio, functional movement, mind-body integration, strength training, fascial release, and balance work. All levels welcome!
