SDPD offers various benefits and pathways in a law enforcement career. The Pave the Way Career Expo will allow potential candidates to learn more about the department, the hiring process, the academy or other advancement opportunities for their career.The Pave the Way Expo will feature demonstrations from various units, including S.W.A.T., K-9, Crime Lab, Communications (dispatch and radio), and more.
The free event is open to anyone ages 18 and older.
This expo is not a come-and-go event. Please plan to arrive on time and stay as long as you can for the best experience.
