PARKING: There is a parking lot directly next to the meetup location, and it is usually fairly empty. Look for the baseball diamond closest to the pool and the BMX course.

Hi, everyone! Hope you're all hungry, because the SDF Thanksgiving potluck is back for another year, and everyone is excited to share recipes old and new with each other. Be sure to come to this meetup with an empty stomach!
Store-bought or homemade, food of all kind is welcome. If you can't bring anything though, don't worry; we're still happy to have you join us for the event. Be mindful of any common allergens if you are bringing anything! Markers and tape will be available to label any containers with food that could potentially cause an allergic reaction. Food is meant to be enjoyed, not have you wishing you didn't eat it!
If necessary, try to fully cook all your food prior to the event. There will be a portable grill or two, but space is limited and it may take a good chunk of time to heat up everything. For colder foods, a cooler will be available and can fit some items in there. Be sure to seal your frosty treats and meals up properly so that no water or ice slips into there.
Potlucks are mostly known for bringing good food together, but that doesn't mean we can't have some nice drinks added to the mix! If you have any tea, coffee, or any other tasty concoctions you've made or found, feel free to bring them to the event. As this is a public park, alcohol is prohibited on site! Save that for one of our after parties.
