Join us as we participate in year three of San Diego Design Week with our digital showcase, PROJECTING FUTURES.
PROJECTING FUTURES looks at design and its power to connect, inspire and act. Developed in partnership with local designers and students from San Diego and Tijuana, works will be projected onto the façade of the Spreckels Organ Pavilion* in Balboa Park featuring a range of motion design – from kinetic typography, to motion graphics, to video – and set to a special soundtrack provided by the San Diego Youth Symphony.
The special showcase takes place Wednesday, September 21st, from 8:30-9:30PM with four 15-minute showings during the hour. Viewers will be guided through a dynamic design exploration through themes of imagination and inspiration.
Viewing is FREE and open to the public. AIGA San Diego volunteers will be on-site to answer any questions you may have.
