Jako soubor máme za sebou 10 let praxe a 10 inscenací. Rádi bychom se s vámi společně ohlédli za našimi dvěma posledními inscenacemi WHOMAN a Wonderland a sdíleli s vámi naši tvurčí praxi.
Během dvou workshopových bloků poodhalíme metody práce na těchto autorských projektech a vyzkoušíme si kreativní principy – improvizační, pohybové i vyprávěcí – se kterými jsme pracovali při jejich vzniku.
20.–22. 10. se budeme věnovat inscenaci WHOMAN.

Obě sdílení proběhnou v Žižkostele. Mezi těmito dvěma bloky uvedeme obě inscenace také v kulturní stanici Galaxie v rámci ALTA Tours a festivalu 4+4 dny v pohybu 26.10. WHOMAN a 27.10 Wonderland v tento termín proběhne i párty k našemu výročí.

// Wonderland je inscenace, která vznikla z touhy upřít cílenou pozornost na to, co každý den nosím v kapse, tašce, ruce a zvědomit si to. Uvědomit si, kolik času, pozornosti, a energie tam cestuje, ale i naopak, co se mi dostává nazpět a na kolika věcech jsem už funkčně závislá a smartphone se tak stává mojí třetí rukou. Inspirační zdroje pro tuto inscenaci byly především vlastní reflektovaná a pozorovaná zkušenost, sebezkušenost pokusu odpojení se od smartphonu, ale také knihy - Art of noticing od Roba Walkera, nebo Jak vidět neviditelné od Isabel Minhós Martins.
V rámci sdílení praxe nahlédneme různá cvičení, pohybové a klaunské principy a scénické črty, které vychází ze zkoušení inscenace. Budeme používat přednostně vlastní tělo a oblečení na pohyb, smartphone jako partnera, psát texty, přemýšlet, sdílet a improvizovat v prázdném prostoru. A ponoříme se tak do vlastních individuálních zkušeností se smartphonem, hravou formou a s vlastní kreativitou. Přineste si s sebou knihu, kterou právě čtete, humor a různé frustrace.

Pro koho je workshop určený?
Pro kohokoliv, kdo chce improvizovat, tvořit, sdílet, hledat humor i trapno a v rámci toho se společně zamýšlet jakou roli / jaké role pro nás hraje náš smartphone, co za realitu pro nás vytváří a jak my s tou realitou pak zacházíme.
Jak vznikají naše inscenace a z čeho vycházíme?
Naše inscenace vždy vycházejí z fascinace konkrétním tématem, které je přítomné jak ve společnosti, tak v našem osobním životě. Díky různorodému výzkumu, studiu materiálů a sběru informací postupně krystalizují divadelní prvky – fyzické principy, texty a scénické rámce. V další fázi je pak prostřednictvím dramaturgického kódu skládáme dohromady do výsledného tvaru. Hlasíme se k tradici devising theater a k fyzickému divadlu. Naše metoda je ovšem něco co vzniklo mimochodem a proto vás zveme k jejími prozkoumání.

Shared Practice with Ufftenživot // Wonderland
As a collective, we have 10 years of practice and 10 productions behind us. We would like to look back with you at our two most recent productions, **WHOMAN** and **Wonderland**, and share our creative practice.
During two workshop blocks, we will reveal the working methods behind these original projects and try out creative principles – improvisational, physical, and storytelling – that we used in the process of making them.
October 20–22 we will focus on WHOMAN.
October 28–30 we will focus on Wonderland.
Both sharings will take place at Žižkostel. Between these two blocks, we will also present both productions at the **Galaxie cultural station as part of ALTA Tours and the festival 4+4 Days in Motion: WHOMAN on October 26 and Wonderland on October 27. On this occasion, we will also celebrate our anniversary with a party.
Shared Practice with Ufftenživot guide Sára Arnstein // Wonderland a production that grew out of a desire to bring focused attention to what I carry every day in my pocket, bag, or hand – and to become aware of it. To notice how much time, attention, and energy flows there, and also, conversely, what flows back to me. To recognize how many things I am already functionally dependent on, with my smartphone becoming a kind of third hand.
The main inspirations for this production were my own reflected and observed experience, including attempts to disconnect from my smartphone, but also books such as *The Art of Noticing* by Rob Walker and *How to See the Invisible* by Isabel Minhós Martins.
Within the shared practice, we will explore various exercises, movement and clowning principles, and scenic sketches that emerged during rehearsals. We will primarily use our own bodies and clothes for movement, the smartphone as a partner, write texts, reflect, share, and improvise in an empty space. This way, we will immerse ourselves in our own individual experiences with smartphones – playfully and creatively.

Who is the workshop for?
For anyone who wants to improvise, create, share, explore humor and awkwardness, and in doing so reflect together on the role(s) our smartphone plays in our lives – what kind of reality it creates for us and how we deal with that reality.
How do our productions come into being and what are they based on?
Our productions always arise from a fascination with a specific theme that resonates both in society and in our personal lives. Through diverse research, study of materials, and gathering of information, theatrical elements gradually crystallize – physical principles, texts, and scenic frameworks. In the next stage, we assemble them through a dramaturgical code into the final form. We align ourselves with the tradition of devising theatre and physical theatre. Our “method” (if we even have one :-) ) emerged almost incidentally, which is why we invite you to explore it with us.
