Come and learn coming new !! We have arranged a SCYTHING DAY. This will be on Saturday 13 July from 10:00 to 16:00 at Goren Farm, Stockland EX14 9EN
Lessons will be taught by Andi Rickard who is based near Chard. Andi was national scything champion from 2019 to 2022 and eleven times ladies champion. She is a very experienced teacher and I can personally vouch for the fun and informative way she teaches people from beginners to much more experienced.
On the day you will learn how to handle a scythe, how to source one and how to look after it. All equipment will be provided but if you already have your own scythe please bring it along and Andi will help you work with that.
The cost of the work shop will be £60 per person.
