Sculpture Saturdays, our programme for families to make together is back in August!
Sculpture Saturdays – Toy Altar
Join us in our Outdoor Learning Studio in ESW’s courtyard every Saturday in August for family drop-in workshops from 11am - 3pm every week.
Over five Saturdays we will be making, adapting, repairing and combining different toys to display in our Toy Altar, a collaborative evolving sculpture.
As always, we will have a range of materials for making and repairing but we also encourage you to bring your own unwanted or broken toys for yourself or others to use.
These workshops take inspiration from our two Summer Commissions, Everything is Satisfactual, Sequoia Danielle Barnes and Hybrids, Jan Pimblett.
The workshops will take place outside, the area is covered but please come dressed for the weather.
All workshops are free, donations welcome on the day. Family of all ages welcome. Young people must be accompanied by an adult.
Please book 1 x ticket per family group.
