we’re taking “yoga glow” to the next level—think glow sticks, neon clothing, and glow-in-the-dark body paint for a one-of-a-kind experience.
these special unheated classes will be held in our first-floor event space, near darkness, designed to heighten awareness and shift focus beyond sight. it’s a chance to step away from the seriousness of daily practice and enjoy yoga in a playful, vibrant way.
after class, stick around for a mixer with refreshing drinks, light bites, and plenty of glowing photo ops.

Please note: The Flow session is scheduled for October 1, and the Sculpt session will follow on October 8. These are two separate bookings, so be sure to reserve your spot for each class individually.
