The beer 🍺:
Brewed with 60% malted oats, this beer is silky smooth from the natural oils that make oats special. Oats also provide a berry flavor to beer, which isn't as pronounced in recipes with lesser percentages, but certainly is in our creation. The impression is a full mouthfeel, so to keep it crisp, a judicious amount of Michigan Copper hops were used to provide a sharp bitterness to cut through the sweetness. With black cherry and nuanced fruit juice aromas, these hops also complement the profile of the oats well. At the end of the day, this beer is still a 4.5% ABV sessionable lager that can easily be enjoyed by all.
