We are thrilled to be hosting 3 more Scribbles Social!s at HOMEmcr this summer - back by popular demand!!
So what actually happens at Scribbles Social!?
Each week, we kick off with creative writing warm ups before sharing some of our favourite reads and taking you through inspiring prompts to get you writing. The session will be relaxed, friendly, and imaginative.
You don’t need any experience to enjoy these mindful writing sessions! That said, we’ve designed our prompts carefully so that they are useful to pros in the middle of writing projects, be it a play, poem or novel!
So whether you have a play in the pipelines or you haven't tried writing since school, our creative nudges and prompts will have you finding new ways of getting your ideas on to paper.
The sessions will run on Thursdays 6.30pm-8pm at the brilliant HOMEmcr followed by a chance to chat and grab a drink after the event (we’ll be there until 8.30pm ish!). Come along to all three or just drop in to one or two - either way we can’t wait to see you there!
