The Hair Tales is a dynamic celebration of Black women’s identity, beauty, culture, and humanity, uniquely expressed through the stories in our hair.
In episode #2 Tracee Ellis Ross sits down with Issa Rae; "Black hair's ability to shapeshift often mystifies others, but Issa Rae reveals its superpower; unpacking the misperception of Black hair terms from "nappy" to "peasy" and the rough road to 'smooth.'"

We will watch the second episode followed by a relaxed discussion around the show and the topic of afro hair.
