3-year-old, Emilio is eager to start school in New York City. But a simple life transition proves to be incredibly challenging because Emilio has a disability. Facing an indifference pack of elites, his family is forced to take on the NCY Public City school system to advocate for their son, Emilio’s, inherent right to a fair and equal education. Forget Me Not: Inclusion in the Classroom bravely exposes the injustice and apathy currently present in the American education system. The most vulnerable in our society, our children with disabilities, are being set up to fail by the system, and your attention and support is needed.
Runtime: 103 min.
*Complimentary popcorn will be provided by OM House.
