It's all the goodness of our trademark Screen-Free Saturday events, except this time we're doing it on a Sunday to prep you for the week ahead.

Join us for a special afternoon where we disconnect from our devices to reconnect with what matters most. Trade screen time for meaningful real-life moments as you unplug and relax at Singapore’s third redition of our Screen-Free events.

This time, we’re proud to collaborate with True Cost Singapore our venue partners this month.

How to prepare:

1. Dress comfortably - we will be in an alfresco beachfront location with fans
2. Bring your favourite book (or unfinished one!)
3. Your favourite pen to journal (some pens will also be provided if you prefer)
4. Bring a friend to join you!

Check-in to the event and hand in your phones to be securely locked and stored for the event. Please remember to set your phone to silent and take your number for collection at the end of the event. During this time you can also redeem 1 Drink and 1 Snack Item. (Note: Additional iittems can be paid on the spot, just remember your credit cards since you won't have your phone!)

Info: Engage in mindful activities and unwind through such as reading, journaling, or any solo activity you enjoy (e.g. sketching, knitting, etc.) with a focus on personal reflection. Please bring your own books or creative supplies to keep yourself busy. Pens and paper will also be provided if needed. (Socialising is not encouraged during this time).

Info: Time for a mini break - grab some food and drinks, and meet new friends the old fashioned way! This is the time to meet others, have conversations, play games or share ideas (only if you want to of course). You are free to keep to yourself if you prefer.

Info: Re-engage in your period of quiet, personal activities like journaling or reflecting (socialising is not encouraged during this time).

Info: Now’s your chance to connect again! Spend 30 minutes chatting with fellow participants, sharing insights from the day, or simply enjoying lighthearted conversation. It’s the perfect time to make new friends (if you’d like) or just soak in the good vibes of the community around you.
